As an institution, the Faculty of Management aims to provide well-prepared specialists in the managerial field to meet the needs of the labor market. At the undergraduate level, the faculty focuses its efforts on equipping students with essential skills and knowledge necessary for success in the companies they will join. In this context, there is a strong emphasis on integrating and utilizing innovative teaching methods and applying the expertise gained by our colleagues through doctoral and postdoctoral training at prestigious universities abroad.
Strong master’s programs generating intellectual and added value for students and employers
Leading international universities focus heavily on their master’s and doctoral programs. In line with this, our faculty offers high-quality research and professional master’s programs, with an increased integration of scientific research into these programs. Their quality is evidenced by the strong demand from candidates for programs in consulting, human resources, project management, and business management, as well as the high employment rate of graduates from these programs.
Robust doctoral programs generating knowledge
The new doctoral system is modeled on the Bologna Process, representing the third level of university education after bachelor’s and master’s studies. To support doctoral students, we have developed a flexible system for selecting research topics. This strengthens the master’s programs and allows for an attractive and useful optional mechanism for doctoral candidates.
Our faculty welcomes students from around the world, encouraging a significant increase in international collaboration through joint supervision programs. Additionally, we promote the participation of doctoral students in international conferences, which provide valuable opportunities for exchanging experiences and staying updated with the latest knowledge.
